Custodial Services

The Custodial Services Division provides cleaning services on the CentreTech campus. The division is composed of five custodians and one supervisor.

Billy Downing, Custodial Supervisor, is a working supervisor -- providing coverage for employees who are ill or on leave, cleaning carpets, and addressing Work Orders that are assigned to the Custodial Services Division. Billy places all orders for custodial supplies and equipment.

Quang Ngo, Custodian, is responsible for cleaning the first floor and the east half of the second floor of the Classroom Building, and the east stairwell. 

Trai Boa, Custodian, maintains the Forum, Lobby, Art, Music and Dance rooms. Trai is the day porter -- cleaning and restocking restrooms, delivering paper products throughout the college and completing Custodial Work Orders. Trai worked at Denver International Airport prior to coming to CCA.

Hoanh Nguyen, Custodian, maintains the west half of the second floor and the third floor of the Classroom Building; and the west stairwell.

Thomas Mendoza, Custodian, is responsible for cleaning the first floor, elevator, and main stairwell in Administration building.

Hortencia Barnes, Custodian, Hortencia was previously at Fitzsimons. She cleans the second floor of the Administration Building and the new portion of the Fine Arts Building.
