The Facilities Department management team consists of supervisory personnel from each of the Department's divisions. The team gets together on a weekly basis to exchange information on departmental and college projects affecting the department, maintain communications between the divisions, and coordinate departmental activities.

Linda Arman, Assistant Facilities Director and Purchasing Agent, manages procurements for the college, supervises the Mail Room and the Custodial divisions, maintains the physical inventory of the College, and manages the department's day-to-day budget issues.  Linda has been at CCA since 1986 and received her Bachelors degree from Columbia College.

Rudy Herrera, Grounds Supervisor, came to the Community College of Aurora from the Grounds division at the Colorado Community College System's Lowry Campus in March of 2006. Prior to his work at Lowry, Rudy worked for the Parks Department of the City of Aurora.
MAINT1.GIF (3191 bytes) Chuck Socienski, Pipe/Mechanical Trades II. Chuck joined the college in 1990 as the HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, & Air Conditioning) Technician. He is an avid Colorado Avalanche fan.

 

 
Mike Davis, Electrical Trades II. Mike has been at the Community College of Aurora since 2000. He previously worked at the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). Mike received his Master Electrician License in June 2005. Mike enjoys NASCAR and has coached in sons' baseball teams.
