We have an Academic Technology HelpDesk in operation to support issues related to instructional and classroom technology. HelpDesk is available at HelpDesk@CCAurora.edu or (303) 340-7539, in room A201B.

 

Our HelpDesk staff is available during the following schedule:

Monday through Thursday                        8:00am – 7:00pm

Friday                                                         8:00am – 5:00pm

 

The HelpDesk will provide a variety of services:

  • Create accounts and reset passwords for both faculty and students. 
  • Troubleshoot account problems
  • Set up email accounts for Adjunct Instructors
  • Set up Voicemail Accounts and reset Voicemail passwords for Adjunct Instructors
  • Address general system login issues
  • Provide basic telephone troubleshooting / support for classroom technology
  • HelpDesk staff will forward issues that cannot be easily resolved to the IT department via the Work Order system.
  • HelpDesk cannot honor requests for password resets from a student's   personal E-mail or phone call as we are unable to verify the identity of the requestor.
  • Be sure to include with requests the name, S#, and date of birth for students, or name, S#, and cca\username for faculty.

Helpdesk generally cannot troubleshoot beyond a basic level. Students should contact the 24 x 7 Technical Support for immediate assistance. Faculty can arrange assistance and training from our Instructional Technologies specialist Mike Bleacher at michael.bleacher@ccaurora.edu or (303) 340-7320.
