1. Open your email as usual by double-clicking on it:

2. RIGHT click on the attachment.

3. Choose “Save As…” from the shortcut menu.

4. Save the file to your computer someplace easy to find it like your desktop or “my documents”

5. Log into Blackboard and go into the class you want to upload the instructions to. Switch to the “Build” tab.

6. From the homepage (Course content), click on the “Add File” button and choose “Browse for Files”.

7. Choose “My Computer” because that’s where the file is located.

8. You will see the same dialog box that you saw when you saved the file to your computer. Locate your file and select it by clicking on it. Then click “open”.

9. You will see the file called “Evaluation Process” appear on your home page almost instantly. OPTIONAL: You can click on the action button and choose “Hide” Remember, that evaluations should only be done 3 weeks to the end of your class. So if you want to upload now, remember to HIDE and unhide the same way when it’s time to do evals.

10. Switch to Student View Tab.

11. Click on the file. You will notice that the link that is needed is clickable. This is where your students will click to complete the evaluations. You may want to show this to your students on the projector before you turn it over to your student proctor. The proctor can show the students where to go and where to click. Just be sure to tell your student proctor to complete the evaluation at their desk so the other students won’t see what they’re writing on the projector!
